Shipping Costs and Timetable

We ship domestically via FedEx from New York City, orders placed before noon EST will ship out same day. Ground shipping can take one day NY to NY and up to 5 business days to the West Coast.

International Shipping

We ship via USPS Internationally to select countries.
Note: International Customers we only ship to certain countries please email info@honeyintherough.com to convo prior to purchase. Honey in the Rough is not responsible for any taxes and duties for international shipments.

Honey In The Rough Online Return Policy
 
The policies outlined below are for Honey In The Rough Online purchases only.
 
In-store purchases are subject to Honey In The Rough in-store policies, which are available at our physical location.
 
If you are not completely satisfied with your Honey In The Rough Online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or online credit.
 
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact.
 
Accessories, Apothecary, Jewelry and Discounted Items are FINAL SALE. Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted.

All orders purchased with an existing website credit are FINAL SALE. There are no returns and re-orders with web credit.
 
Honey In The Rough’s Return Policy applies also to Gift Purchases, Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted.

If merchandise is damaged on the way, please contact us by phone or email before sending it back to us.
 
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
 
Return requests are to be made within seven days from the date of delivery.
 
All returns must be received within seven days of return request.
 
Packing slips are required for all returns.
 
Returns are to be sent prepaid. Honey In The Rough will not accept CODs.

Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. The Customer will be responsible for all shipping and returning charges for exchanges and returns.
 
 
To Request a Return or Exchange:
 
Before sending out your return/exchange package, please call (212) 228-6415 or email info@honeyintherough.com with the words “Return Request” in the Subject.
 
 
Returns will not be accepted without an RA# from Honey In The Rough.
 
Your Return Authorization number (RA#) will be emailed to you once we process your request; please allow up to 48 hours for processing. All requests for RA numbers must be made over the phone or online. No RA numbers are available via telephone, they will be emailed to the customer.
 

Once the return has been approved, please insure the return for the full amount of the merchandise you are returning. Honey In The Rough will not be responsible for missing packages. We suggest using a traceable method of shipment; UPS or Fed Ex.

Print your confirmation email and attach to original packing slip. Include these documents in your package.

 
Pack and securely seal the merchandise. Write your RA# visibly on the outside of the package.

We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
 
We will refund the credit card you use for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
 

Price Adjustments

The difference paid can be refunded if your full price purchased item is marked down within 7 days. This does not apply to a sale item that is marked down further.

Honey in the Rough will not sell, trade, or rent your information to ANYONE. In short we do not release any information about you to other companies
HoneyintheRough.com collects your name, shipping and billing address, phone number, and email when you shop and register with us. We us this information will be used for order follow- up. If you sign up for our email, we use your information to notify you of promotions and new products.
For your protection, Honey in the Rough does not hold credit card information within your user profile however you must be provide a valid credit card at checkout.

Honey in the Rough will not send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people, unless:
-We have your consent to share the information
-We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Honey in the Rough to provide a product or service to you. An example of this would be giving ups your address for shipping merchandise to you

When you visit HoneyintheRough.com we do not capture your name, email or other personal info until you register with us. After you place an order at Honey in the Rough we use that information to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation from us immediately and from UPS when your order has processed with your tracking number. Occasionally, we may need to contact you by email or phone if we have other questions regarding your order.

We want your shopping experience to be a fun and painless process; we don’t want you to have to worry about security! At Honey in the Rough protecting your credit card information is of the upmost importance. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to securely protect your checkout information as your order is transmitted to our server. SSL technology encrypts your information to protect it from being deciphered by anyone other than Honey in the Rough. You can recognize this security when the URL changes from the normal “http:” to “https”. Secure pages are a bit slow- so you will only see this url on our checkout pages.
